March 7th: Kalimdor

Since we finished off last time during a harpy battle, we finished that first with our party being the victors.

The group continues on to Tetha Seran. Once they get there, they talk to the leaders. The leader tells the group to go towards the coast. They leave in the morning on hippogryffs after everyone sleeps/trances well. On their way to Ethyl Rethor, Rumnia falls off her hippogryff. After a few failed attempts by Rod, Dax ends up saving her from certain death. Also during their travels, Zayer gets scryed on again. Fortunately it is while the group is walking, so he, once again climbs up a tree.

Once the group gets back on their hippogryffs, the see an infernal once Ethyl Rethor is in sight. There are also several imps, hounds, and guards. The people of the town are trapped by the infernal. The group comes to the rescue. Rumnia senses a more powerful demon in the area. This demon warns her to join them. She refuses and ends up getting grappled by the demon. Dax and Zayer decide to play "hero" and try to rescue her. Dax ends up grappled as well. Before the demon, Tycondrius, teleports himself, Rumnia and Dax back to the demonic plane, a bronze dragon shows up and puts Tycondrius back in his imprisonment.

Dax and Rumnia talk to the bronze dragon and he explains that the demon is not in the right time. When asked what the dragon's name is, he responds "Lord and Master". He then disappears. Dax goes to talk to the most leader-like elf of the survivors and has her ride a hippogryff back to Tetha Seran. The rest of the group and elves start back on foot. Nothing eventful happens on the way back. Once the mass of people get to Tetha Seran, the leader thanks the group that saved the elves and offers his coffers to them to better arm themselves. There is a small party in which Dax takes a lot of alcohol back to his quarters and drinks himself into a stupor, then drinks some more.
