April 10th and 11th: Eastern Kingdoms

After the elves tie up the prisoner, the group goes back to the elves' settlement, Cenarian Outpost. Once there, the elves explain that they are part of the Cenarian Circle and that the group can stay with them. The Cenarian Circle have many things the group can do for them. The party makes an appointment to see the head druid after supper, so they spend their time exploring the settlement. Brigget decides to go up the tower and waits in line to use one of the spy glasses. He ends up annoying one of the guards, so he flies to the other tower. The guards tell him that he will have to go talk to the head druid to get permission to use one of the spy glasses. Brigget heads to the office of the head druid and paces for a while, then sits down to wait. Grace decides to update Harrison on what happened during his absence.

After supper, the rest of the party goes to meet with the head druid. A woman opens the door and welcomes them into the room. Brigget, being overly anxious, runs into the room. After talking with the head druid, she informs the party that they need to prove themselves to the Cenarian Circle. Proving themselves will help them with their information, and let Brigget eventually use a spy glass. The head druid gives the group three options:
1) get samples of the three different, smaller bugs brains
2) find the big bugs and figure out how they are controlled
3) infiltrate one of the hives and bring back various samples
The party decides to try the three different types of bugs first. The head druid tells the group to go to the shopkeeper to get the supplies to bring the brains back.

The group decides to leave right away and head towards Hive Regal. They purchase some sabers and head out. They go for a ways and decide to make camp. During the night, two troll like beings meander close to the camp. The group defeats them and Angus burns the corpses. During the rest of the night, all but Grace have nightmares of bugs uprising. They continue to the hive in the morning and are attacked by three flying air elemental bugs. Grace and Harrison feign death, it works for a while. Eventually, the group is victorious and they try to figure out how to dissect them. Angus does his best, but ends up saving the whole head.
